VISAKHAPATNAM: With fitness becoming a growing phenomenon for young and old alike Take-30, a new fitness centre, for women was opened on Nowroji road here on Saturday. With state-of-the-art hydraulic exercise equipment, the centre has a circuit training programme for 30 minutes where women can work on different exercise equipments to tone their thighs, abdomen, back, hips, arms and legs. At present the centre has three women trainers. Open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, the centre allows its members to come at their own convenience. "The motto of the centre is to empower women through fitness," said Sandhya. The centre also has a childcare facility with a childcare monitor open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. where children can paint and play while their mothers work out.
