Sidon warned

JERUSALEM: The Israeli military said it dropped leaflets over the Lebanese city of Sidon on Saturday, asking residents to leave their homes and move north.

The army said dropping the leaflets was a precursor to Israeli attacks on Hizbollah targets in Lebanon and an attempt to minimise civilian casualties. Sidon is Lebanon's third largest city. ``For your security, leave the area immediately and head north. Who stays is risking his safety,'' it warned. — AP
