NEW DELHI: In an effort to broaden its horizons, the All India Management Association (AIMA) launched three diploma courses in retail management, pharmaceutical marketing and travel and tourism at its 11th Convocation Ceremony held in the Capital on Saturday. The Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Priyaranjan Dasmunshi presided over the ceremony. Emphasising the role of graduating students of AIMA as nation builders of today and tomorrow, Mr. Dasmunshi said it was imperative for them to appreciate the critical role which they need to play for their country at a juncture where India is on the threshold of making a quantum leap into the global economy.
