KARIMNAGAR: Manthani SI Tirumalesh rescued five members of family, who were caught in flood waters of Vokkalavagu in Manthani town on Saturday. Police sources said that at the Yellamma temple area, the SI noticed the family stuck in a marooned house. The SI swam towards the hut and rescued the family members using a rope. Those who were shifted are staying at the Government Junior College premises.
