NEW DELHI: Khalsa Blues defeated Guru Harkrishan Club 6-0 in the Delhi State hockey league at the Shivaji Stadium here. Rohit Kumar scored three goals while Manish, Sumit and Vikram contributed one goal each. Faith Club overcame Khalsa White 8-0. The marksmen were Deepak Sharma (3), Dinesh Kumar (2), Pradeep Kumar (2) and Amit Bakshi. In another one-sided encounter, Stance Club beat Chota Nagpur Blues 8-0. The scorers were Sunil Kumar (2), Narinder Kumar, Raj Kumar, Pawan Kumar, Mahender, Surinder and Ashok Kumar. Tribal Sports scored a 5-0 victory over Richie Club. The goals came through a hat-trick by J. Topno while Busan Dung scored two. Shahdara Heroes recorded a 5-1 victory over Tribal Heroes. Somir (3), Bhupinder and Ashok Mandal scored for Shahdara while Simon got the lone goal for the loser. In the only drawn encounter, Aero Club and Sonnet Club shared points. Satish was the scorer for Sonnet and Sanjeev Kumar for Aero.
