Cheviot shareholders' nod for bonus issue

MUMBAI: Cheviot Company, manufacturer of jute yarn, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the shareholders, at the AGM, have approved the issue of bonus shares in the proportion of one share for every two equity shares held.
