Lanco Infratech files draft prospectus with SEBI

CHENNAI: Lanco Infratech, which has interests in power generation, construction and property development, filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) on Monday with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to access the capital market with its initial public offering of equity shares. The company proposes to offer 4.44 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a premium to be decided through the 100 per cent book-building process.
