Zenith Birla's subsidiary to be transferred

MUMBAI: Yash Birla group flagship company, Zenith Birla India Ltd. on Tuesday said all business undertakings of its wholly owned subsidiary, Khamgaon Syntex India Ltd., would be transferred to a group firm Birla Cotsyn. As a part of business reorganisation undertaken by the Yash Birla Group, Khamgaon Syntex entered into an agreement for the transfer of its business undertaking including all assets and liabilities, employees and contracts as a going concern to Birla Cotsyn, the company said in a notification to the BSE.
