Lanco Infratech files draft prospectus with SEBI

HYDERABAD: Lanco Infratech Ltd., an infrastructure development company, has decided to enter the capital market with an initial public offer of 4.4 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a premium to be decided through 100 per cent book building process. The company has filed its draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The issue will constitute 20 per cent of the fully post issue equity capital.
