TIRUCHI: Lokesh's unbeaten half-century and Satish's four wicket-haul guided JJ College of Engineering and Technology (Ammapettai) to a six wicket win over Rajalakshmi Engineering College (Chennai) in the final of the Anna University inter-zonal cricket tournament here on Tuesday. Sethu Engineering College took the third spot. The scores: Rajalakshmi Engineering College 156 for seven in 30 overs (Saravanan 58, Ashwin 30, Satish four for 32) lost to JJ CET 157 for four in 27.5 overs (Lokesh 55 not out, Boobeshnathan 45 not out). Mepco Schlenk Engineering College 141 for six in 25 overs (K. Sanjay 45) lost to Sethu Engineering College142 for two in 22.1 overs (Rajasekaran 60 not out, Umar Kathoof 45).
