Power supply to be affected

There will be unscheduled power interruptions from August 9 for 15 days in areas fed from feeders F-4 and F-9 of Nandini Layout MUSS owing to emergency maintenance work. The affected areas include Subramanyanagar, Gayathrinagar, Milk Colony, Pipeline, II Stage, Rajajinagar and surrounding areas, according to a press release issed by the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company here on Tuesday.

Free health check-up camp

Anjuman-e-Maymar-e-Adab will conduct a multi-speciality free health check up camp for diabetes, cardiology, paediatrics, eye, dental, ENT, chikungunya and other diseases for those below the poverty line on August 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Corporation Girls High School, Opposite Government Rahamaniya Urdu School on Thimmaiah Road.
