Bangalore: Loyalty Solutions and Research Ltd. (LSRL), a company funded by ICICI Venture, has launched "i-mint", a rewards programme for consumers, in Bangalore. Said to be the country's truly coalition loyalty and consumer rewards programme, where leading brands such as Airtel, HPCL, ICICI Bank, Indian, Lifestyle and MakeMyTrip.com.com, have come together i-mint will allow consumers to reap benefits through the largest ecosystem of business partners on a single rewards platform. Currently being launched in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Hyderabad, i-mint will be available at 30,000 outlets in more than 20 cities across India over the next one year. While the i-mint card will be available at a nominal one-time enrolment fee between Rs. 100 and Rs. 200, the company is offering free membership as an introductory offer during the first month of the launch.
Nitesh to construct star hotel
Nitesh Estates has bagged a project for a five-star luxury hotel in the heart of the city. The project, entailing an estimated investment of Rs. 500 crore, marks one of the largest hotel deals in Bangalore in recent years. The 300-room luxury hotel will be located on Residency Road in the heart of Bangalore's central business district.
Ranal gets ISO certificate
Ranal Engineering Services, a leading engineering design service provider for automotive, aerospace and other industries, has received the `ISO 27001:2005' certificate for its facility in Bangalore by TUV Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH. The engineering centre has designed and deployed frameworks and processes for adequate information security. The certification for the centre reflects on the ability to design, implement, manage and enforce security processes and controls systematically and consistently throughout the centre.
Manipal healthcare stores
Manipal Health Systems is making a retail foray with plans to open over 100 healthcare stores across India in the next two years. A comprehensive Healthcare Retail brand "Manipal Cure & Care" will be launched through a joint venture partnership with Pantaloon Retail (India) Ltd., the retailing leaders that manage the Central, Big Bazaar and Food Bazaar malls. For the first time in India, a comprehensive healthcare store is planned to offer pharmacy, doctor consultations, cosmetology, optometry, dentistry, sports medicine and sports rehabilitation under one roof.
