KPCC stand on 11th Plan

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The former Planning Board Vice-chairman V. Ramachandran will deliver the key-note address at a seminar being organised on Friday by the KPCC to formulate its stand on the 11th Plan approach paper. The seminar will be inaugurated by Opposition Leader Oommen Chandy at a function presided over by KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala.

The seminar is being organised under the auspices of the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Development. Leading pro-Congress economists and other experts will participate in the seminar. The seminar will focus on IT investments, environment and development, education, agriculture and traditional industries.
