CHANDIGARH: Haryana Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested a dismissed personnel of the Border Security Force, identified as Mohd. Razaq, on the basis of information that he was allegedly working for the Pakistan-based ISI. An official spokesman said here that the accused, a resident of Naharpur village in Mewat district, was nabbed near the bus stand in Ballabgarh on Wednesday by a team led by Deputy Superintendent of Police Bijender Singh and was being interrogated. He added that the accused was dismissed from the BSF 16 years ago.
