Pyramid Saimira in pact with Spirit Global

CHENNAI : Pyramid Saimira, a theatre chain company, has forged a strategic partnership with Delhi-based Spirit Global Constructions (SGC), a Rs. 500 crore real estate development group, for creating family entertainment centres in North India. "With this tie-up, Pyramid would be covering entire Punjab in one go, P. S. Saminathan, Managing Director, said in a release. J. K. Malhan, Managing Director, SGC, said the 60 malls and multiplexes would be completed in the next 36 months and 60 per cent of Rs. 2,000 crore outlay would be raised through foreign direct investment.
