Kumar Builders to sponsor

M/s Kumar Builders, who have been sponsoring the Independence Trophy for the last two years, have decided to sponsor this year's Turf Club Trophy (1,400m), a grade II race to be run on Sunday (Aug. 13).

The prize money for this event is Rs. 10 lakhs, out of which Rs. 5 lakhs will be sponsored by M/s. Kumar Builders and Rs. 5 lakhs will be added from the fund. The winner's purse is Rs. 6 lakhs.
