CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government has accorded status of "Centre of Excellence" to five Industrial Training and Vocational Education Institutes at Hisar, Sirsa, Narwana, Rewari and Rohtak. An official spokesman said here on Thursday that 15 more Industrial Training Institutes, including five Women Industrial Training Institutes, would be upgraded in the next three years at a cost of Rs. 1.6 crores. He added that 5,592 trainees were being imparted training in1,198 institutes.
