Air Deccan opens booking

Air Deccan announced the opening of bookings on all its Airbus flights between November 1 and January 31. The bookings open on August 13 from 8 a.m. and the fares start at Rs. 224 plus taxes and Rs. 449 plus taxes. The sectors covered include Ahmedabad, Baghdogra, Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore, Delhi, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Jammu, Nagpur, Port Blair, Patna, Pune, Srinagar and Thiruvananthapuram. Flight schedules can be seen on www.airdeccan.net from August 13.

Last date extended

The Department of Pre-University Education has extended the last date for admissions to first year Pre-University Courses to August 16. The college principals have been informed to collect a fine of Rs. 300.

Cerebral Palsy Day

Cerebral Palsy Day will be observed on Saturday by Parijma Neuro Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Centre. Competitive events for children will be organised. Registration and participation is free. For details, call 22238534.
