Power shutdown in many areas

Bangalore: There will be no power supply on Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. as officials of the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company will carryout work on F12 feeder of Kadugodi MUSS.

The affected areas include Whitefield Main Road, Varthurkodi, Ramagondanahalli, Siddapura, Prashanth Layout, Hope Farm, Naidu Layout, Inner Circle and Outer Circle, Borewell Road, Pattanduru Agrahara and surrounding areas.

There will be intermittent power supply for two days (Saturday and Sunday) in areas fed by 220 kV Hoody receiving station because of replacement of 20 mVA transformer by 31.5 mVA transformer by Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd.

The affected areas are Sadarmangala Industrial Area, part of EPIP Layout, Rajapalya, ITPL Road, Seetarampalya, Basavapura, SCAC College, Segehalli, Vasanthnagar, Hoody Colony, Kodigehalli, Gayathri Layout, Chikbasavapura and surrounding areas.
