Natwar's comment

The former External Affairs Minister, Natwar Singh's comments on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the wake of the Pathak Inquiry Authority's findings are not in good taste. He is free to contest the report. But it was unbecoming of a politician of his stature to say he would recommend the Prime Minister's name for the Guinness Book of World Records.
