London: Anil Kumble picked up two wickets in his eight-over spell as Surrey inflicted an innings and 107-run defeat on Worcestershire on the third day of a Division Two county championship match at Grace Road. Kumble grabbed the last two wickets of the home side, which was all out for 165 in less than 50 overs after Surrey posted 576 in its first innings. With this win, Surrey has further consolidated its position at the top of Division Two with a 34-point lead over its rivals. For Worcestershire, Zaheer Khan took his season's tally to 66 wickets after scalping three in the match. The scores: Worcestershire: 304 and 165 (V. Solanki 56, A.
