HYDERABAD:
The members of Bhagyanagar Ganesh Utsav Committee have reiterated that immersion of Ganesh idols is not the cause for pollution of Hussainsagar.
The issue figured prominently in the meeting convened by Home Minister K. Jana Reddy on Saturday.
Though the Minister said another meeting would be convened to elicit members' views and for future measures to check pollution, members of Utsav Committee, MLAs and corporators had their say on the issue.
