Hyderabad: The Hon. High Court of Andhra Pradesh in its order dated August 2006, has directed the Advocate Commissioner appointed by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, to remove the seals affixed to the almirahs, the secretary's room and the boxes in the premises of the Hyderabad Cricket Association at the Gymkhana ground in Secunderabad. The details were released in a press note issued by the HCA on Sunday. The order of the court was duly compiled with by the said Commissioner/Respondent on August, 2006. Mr. G.S. Sharma, the Commissioner Respondent who was made a party to the criminal petition field by the HCA before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh presented himself on August before the Secretary of the HCA, N. Shivlal Yadav, and Joint Secretary, D.S. Chalapathi, at the HCA office and completed the formality of removing the seals. It may be recalled that G.S. Sharma acting as Advocate Commissioner affixed the seals to the secretary's office etc. in execution of the warrant issued by the CMM Nampally, Hyderabad, on the petition filed by the now defunct Agarwal Junior Cricket Club. Challenging the above orders of the CMM Nampally, the HCA filed a criminal petition before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and strongly contested not only the order of the Criminal Court but also the action of the Advocate Commissioner in sealing the premises of the HCA contrary to the Commission of Warrant. Even the Hon. High Court in its order dated August 2006, clearly observed that " in fact the warrant does not disclose about sealing of the office premises." Special Correspondent
