Four die in hospital during power cut

Bhopal: Four persons, including a minor girl, who needed ventilator support reportedly died at the Hamidia Hospital here during an hour-long power cut, official sources said on Sunday

A high-level probe was launched following reports of the deaths, Madhya Pradesh Health Minister Ajay Vishnoi told PTI on phone from Indore.

The deaths occurred during the power cut on Saturday night, reportedly due to a delay of nearly an hour in starting standby generators, the sources said. PTI
