VBC Ind to merge Bharat Alloys with itself

MUMBAI: VBC Industries will merge Bharat Alloys and Energy with itself. The board of directors, at its meeting held recently, approved the draft scheme of merger with a swap ratio of 2:1, the company, engaged in the food processing industry, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. Under the draft scheme of merger, two equity shares of Rs. 10 each of the company would be allotted for every equity share of Rs. 10 each of Bharat Alloys and Energy.
