CHANDIGARH: Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Raghuvir Singh Kadian will be on a foreign tour from September 1 to 15 to attend the 52nd Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference in Abuja, Nigeria. An official note here said that during his pre/post conference study tour, he will visit Britain, Germany and France to study the parliamentary functioning of those countries. At the Conference, Dr. Kadian will speak on strategies for the care and support of HIV/AIDS orphans and other vulnerable children and the role of parliamentarians.
