New helpline for consumers

JAIPUR: The "Consumers' World'' magazine has launched a new helpline for consumers here with the objective of providing them with the latest information on consumer laws and practices. Former Chairperson of the Rajasthan State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Justice V.S. Dave, inaugurating the helpline on Sunday said the consumers needed help for protection of their rights in the present era of globalisation. He expressed the hope that the helpline would ensure prompt access to justice for consumers.
