CHENNAI : Southern Railway will run the following special trains between Chennai Egmore and Tiruchi to clear extra rush of passengers. Train No 0633 will leave Egmore at 8.20 pm on August 16 and reach Tiruchi at 4.30 am the next day. In the return direction train No 0634 will leave Tiruchi at 9 pm on August 15 and arrive at Egmore at 4 am the next day. The specials will stop at Vriddhachalam, Villupuram, Chengalpattu and Tambaram. Train No. 0634 will stop at Mambalam also. The composition will be two AC two-tier and two AC three-tier, 10 sleeper class, two general second class and two luggage-cum-brake van coaches.

Advance reservation for the trains will begin on August 15.

In connection with the `Adi Krithigai' festival at Tiruttani, the following EMU specials will run on Arakkonam-Tiruttani-Renigunta section.

A passenger special will leave Renigunta at 11.30 am on August 17 and arrive at Tiruttani at 1 pm the same day. In the return direction it will leave Tiruttani at 2.15 pm and reach Renigunta at 3.45 pm the same day.

The following EMUs will run between Arakkonam and Tiruttani on August 17: EMUs will leave Arakkonam at 10.10 am, 12.15 pm, and 2.50 pm and reach Tiruttani at 10.30 am, 12.35 pm, and 3.05 pm respectively. In the return direction it will leave Tiruttani at 10.35 am, 12.40 pm, and 3.30 pm and reach 10.55 am, 1 am and 3.45 pm respectively.
