BANGALORE: Dalit Sangharsh Samithi (DSS-Murthy) activists staged a dharna here on Monday with the body of a person said to be the victim of a "police lathicharge" on Friday.

His name was given as Mudukappa. He died at his house in Goraguntepalya.
