PONDICHERRY: The police have sealed a prominent video parlour on Vellala Street and arrested the owner for violating Copy Rights Act. He has been remanded to judicial custody. The parlour was sealed after a large seizure of pirated CDs and DVDs worth Rs.3 lakh of Tamil and other language films. Police also seized 20 copying machines from a person in Odiansalai.
