DEHRA DUN: Uttaranchal Chief Minister N. D. Tiwari developed breathlessness just before unfurling the Tricolour on Tuesday leading to postponement of the event by an hour. He remained seated for an hour after which he unfurled the national flag and resumed his speech. An official spokesman later said ``Mr. Tiwari is now fine and healthy''. - PTI
