Woman found dead in house

Thiruvananthapuram: A 30-year-old woman, Mini of Aruvippuram, was found dead in her house on Tuesday evening.

She has reportedly consumed the pesticide, furidan. The body has been kept in the mortuary of Medical College hospital.

In another incident, a carpenter who was working with an electrical equipment in a furniture-making unit near Pangappara bridge was electrocuted on Tuesday evening. Medical College sources identified him as Shibu, 25, of Aruvippuram.
