Pondicherry: Arrangements are in full swing at the famous shrine of Sri Sengazhuneer Amman in Veerampattinam in Ariankuppam commune panchayat to celebrate its annual car festival on Friday. Lt. Governor Mukut Mithi, Chief Minister N.Rangasamy, Ministers, Speaker and legislators will participate. The festival used to draw people from all over Pondicherry and also from the neighbouring districts of Tamil Nadu.
