WELLINGTON : Craig McMillan has been left out of the 30-man New Zealand squad for the Champions Trophy to be played in India from October. Coach John Bracewell said on Wednesday that 29-year-old McMillan, who has played 55 Tests and 175 ODIs, was dropped because of a lack of fitness.
