JALANDHAR: President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam will visit Jalandhar this Thursday to interact with Vice-Chancellors of various universities of Punjab and students of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya . According to an official spokesman here, Dr. Kalam will arrive in Jalandhar on August 17 to address the Vice-Chancellors at a meeting on the KMV campus here. Before this, Dr. Kalam will visit Sultanpur Lodhi in the adjoining district of Kapurthala to witness the cleaning of the holy rivulet Kali Bein . - UNI
