Ravi Shankar to visit Nagapattinam

He will hand over permanent houses to tsunami victims

NAGAPATTINAM: Founder of Art of Living Foundation Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will visit Nagapattinam on Friday. He will review the progress of the tsunami relief and rehabilitation projects of the Foundation and its sister organisation, the International Association for Human Values (IAHV).

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar would also hold discussions with S. S. Palanimanickam, Union Minister of State for Finance, A. K. S. Vijayan, MP, Collector Tenkasi S. Jawahar.

He will also visit Periamanikapangu and Anaikovil coastal hamlets near Tharangampadi where IAHV rehabilitation projects were being carried out. He would also hand over the permanent houses built for tsunami victims. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar would also participate at a satsang organised at Jaya Matriculation School playgrounds in Nagapattinam.
