Project to eradicate begging

KOCHI: A child beggary eradication programme will be launched here on Sunday. Justice R. Basanth will inaugurate the programme at Fine Arts hall. Local bodies, voluntary and non-voluntary organisations are participating in the project. — Staff Reporter
