IPv6 Forum signs MoU with Chinese council

NEW DELHI: The IPv6 Forum India, a non-governmental organisation and the national chapter of the global IPv6 Forum, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the China IPv6 Council. The association between the two chapters will be crucial in enabling knowledge sharing and promoting the deployment of IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6 or Next Generation Internet Protocol) in the two countries. IPv6 Forum India and China IPv6 Council have common goals — to promote, develop and deploy IPv6 technology and industrialisation in the world, especially in China and India.
