Stay on Venugopal's removal extended

NEW DELHI : The Delhi High Court on Thursday extended the stay on the implementation of the recommendation of the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences' governing body for removal of the Institute's Director, P. Venugopal.

Justice P. Anil Kumar also extended the restraint on the Union Government from acting on the recommendation till November 7, the next date of hearing of Dr. Venugopal's petition.
