Tragic end in foreign land

Two city youth losing their life in distant lands in unexpected circumstances has caused certain unease among parents of several others who had left for far shores in search of higher education and jobs. First came the report of a youth from old city being allegedly killed by another Indian in South Africa and even before the news could be digested, came another shocker. A student who went to Australia and was trying to earn money to pay his fee by driving a taxi was killed. The search for greener pastures ended in a tragedy for the two even as their parents were left in a state of shock.
