Marathon run for constable selections

KADAPA: A 5-km marathon run will be conducted for male candidates and 2.5-km run for women candidates aspiring for constable posts of Civil, Armed Reserve, Special Protection Force and APSP from August 21 to 24, Y. Nagi Reddy, Kadapa SP, said on Friday. Candidates should turn up at the All India Radio transmitting station on Pulivendula road at 6 a.m. on the dates specified in their call letters, he said in a statement. Male candidates should complete the 5-km marathon in 25 minutes and women should run 2.5 km in 16 minutes.

Those qualifying in the run would be called for participating in other events, he said.
