ANANTAPUR: About 200 volunteers of National Service Scheme (NSS), who are also students of Sapthagiri Degree College at Hindupur in the district, donated blood at a voluntary blood donation camp organised in the college premises on Friday. Doctors from the District Health Coordinator's Hospital at Hindupur and Government General Hospital at Anantapur collected blood from the students. The blood collected will be given to blood banks in two hospitals.
