BANGALORE: The Government on Friday appointed N.R. Shetty, former vice-chancellor of Bangalore University, as head of the one-man panel set up to oversee admission and fees to professional colleges. The two earlier committees came out with a new fee structure and seat sharing norm for private professional colle- ges (engineering, medical, eental, MBA and MCA) for admission to PG courses in 2006-07. — Staff Reporter
