COIMBATORE: After a long break, India's ace Formula 3 and Formula 2 driver Akbar Ebrahim has decided to hit the circuit again. He will drive a Formula Rolon Chevrolet in the JK Tyre National racing championship at the Kari Motor Speedway circuit this weekend. Rumours were rife whether the 43-year-old would participate in the National championships. But, Akbar made his intentions clear. "I have decided to race in this year's meet as I feel it's a good way to get fit again, but I have no intention of racing in single seaters internationally," he said. Akbar is confident that his experience will stand him in good stead. "I do not believe for a second that I will be slower than anyone. Lasting the full distance is my major worry," he added.
