Reinstate teachers, school told

New Delhi: Suggesting a comprehensive review of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973, to prevent exploitation of teachers by private managements, the Delhi High Court has ordered forthwith reinstatement of nine teachers sacked by the All India Siddhartha International Educational Society in 1998.

A Division Bench of Justice Mukul Mudgal and Jusice S. Muralidhar directed the management to pay the entire arrears of salaries and other statutory dues within four weeks.
