Varanasi: A contract killer working for the PP gang, active in the neighbouring State of Uttaranchal, was arrested with a revolver and narcotic substance from the Sigra area here on Sunday. Police said here that Irfan was arrested from the Englishia Line area under the Sigra police station, following a tip off. Irfan admitted to committing many contract killings including the murder of Haldwani-based businessman Pankaj Khandelwal in Nainital on January 23 last , police added. UNI
