HYDERABAD: Mala Mahanadu has decided to organise `dharnas' at the mandal revenue offices across the State on August 28 seeking filling 2,060 backlog posts and sanction of tuition fee and scholarships, K. Sivaji, president, said in a statement.

Tributes paid to Saraswati Gora

HYDERABAD: Glowing tributes were paid to Saraswati Gora, freedom fighter and widow of the late Gora at a condolence meeting organised by the Jana Vignana Vedika (JVV) here on Sunday.

Former MP for China

HYDERABAD: Solipeta Ramachandra Reddy, former MP and general secretary of All-India Peace and Solidarity Organisation's State council, will visit China as a member of the team from August 22 to 29. Arms dump unearthed

Srikakulam: A huge dump of explosives which included 90 electrical detonators besides carriers, five walkie-talkie batteries, cell chargers and revolutionary literature, reportedly belonging to a Maoists was seized by police in the hill areas of Mandasa and Battili on Saturday.
