Kumaraswamy to spend a night with flood-hit people

He will arrive at Hire Mannur village on Tuesday night

GULBARGA: Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy will spend a night with the flood-affected people housed in the Government Primary and High School at Hire Mannur village in Afzalpur taluk on Tuesday.

Mr. Kumaraswamy will arrive at Hire Mannur village from Bijapur district on Tuesday night.

The Chief Minister will tour flood-hit areas in Hire Mannur, Shivur, Kudiganur, and Hiriyal villages on Wednesday.

Meeting

The Chief Minister will participate in a review meeting with senior officials from the district at Afzalpur and participate in a convention of Janata Dal (Secular) workers. Later, Mr. Kumaraswamy will visit Gulbarga and return to Bangalore via Hyderabad.

Agriculture Marketing Minister Sharanabasappa Dharshanapur, Animal Husbandry Minister Revu Naik, and Afzalpur MLA M.Y. Patil will accompany the Chief Minister.
