Chandigarh: Haryana's Panipat Thermal Power Station (PTPS) has set a record of generating 309.06 lakh units of electricity on August 20 at a Plant Load Factor (PLF) of 94.69 per cent. The previous record of the Plant was 304.34 lakh units that was achieved on August 14, official spokesperson said here on Monday. All the eight units of Panipat Thermal Power Station (PTPS) had been generating power at optimum capacity to meet the requirement of the State. The Plant Load Factor (PLF) of the 210 MW and 250 MW units during the month has been 95.91 per cent, the official said.
