Joint raids to crack down on illicit liquor

Thiruvananthapuram: Excise Minister P.K. Gurudasan on Monday asked the Police, the Excise and the Forest departments to work in tandem to crack down on the distillation and sale of illicit liquor in the State.

He gave the direction at a meeting of Government officials at the District Collectorate here.
